She began her career in 1984 and she's still going strong. This site has been divided into various sections. I have tried to present as much information on her.
Also as is expected I have put here hordes of pictures of her. The pictures are scanned by myself as well as collected from net. I have checked the copyright of all images correctly before placing them here. So if at all you find any copyright infringement please let me know I will happily remove these. Also I have given here some self made wallpapers and screensavers featuring Madhuri Dixit. I am working on some desktop themes too which will be available for download. Gallery Section is up
Ok so finally I was able to transfer the entire gallery and it uses the slimbox Plugin for Textpattern. I used Slimbox only for the display purpose otherwise each gallery is an article for the section “gallery”. The main page of the gallery shows the article image for all the individual gallery. I am quite impressed with myself. I feel this gallery is better than the India Info Centre one which also is on Textpattern.
So far 77 pics are there in the galleries. I will upload more when time permits. Right now I need to complete the remaining sections.

2 new sections are up
The article and about sections are now up. Didnt require much work. The accessibility statement has been created. I am still adding more to that page as and when the site becomes more complete. I am really happy the site is coming out well. Even though its not colorful and I feel the color combination has been rather dull but I am in love with the vintage effect :)

Updates Blog is now fully active
The Site News and updates blog is now fully active. It took some time for me to organise how the blog should function because ultimately it’s just a section within the whole site. Finally I found the right plugins and hence the blog is now fully up.
I did a lot of work on this site today. Phew. And to think of it I started making the design, then decided on Wordpress so converted the design to Wordpress templates. Followed it with deciding on Movable Type. Then finally used Textpattern again and converting the templates gradually to Textpattern. I am really enjoying the redesign of this site. Hopefully this is gonna be much better.
